How big of a wedding can you accommodate?

We are able to accommodate outdoor ceremonies of all sizes and smaller weddings in the barn, approximately 50 people.

Can we have our reception at Thern Farm?

At this time no.  We do not have indoor space big enough to accommodate a reception.  We may be open to a small reception under a tent, give us a call to discuss!

How much does it cost?

The cost varies for each wedding.  Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

​

What if it rains?

We do have two 10x20 white tents available if needed.  If you require a larger tent you would need to rent that.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel you would forfeit a $100 cancellation fee.  Any other payments would be refunded.  If we cancel you would receive a full refund.

Are you handicap accessible?

The grounds are mostly grass without any major obstacles and there is a ramp into the house for the restroom.

​

How many bathrooms are there?

There is one bathroom inside for guests.  If you have a large amount of guests we suggest renting portable restrooms.

How much parking is available?

There is ample parking with handicap spaces close to the house.  The parking areas are gravel and grass.

Can we park overnight?

We want you to be safe so please just let us know if you will be leaving any cars.  We ask that they are picked up by noon the following day.

What is included with the rental?

There is a bridal room with attached bathroom for the attendants to get ready, full length mirror, and two garment racks. 

​

Is the house open for guests?

We ask that guests refrain from anything besides the restroom.  The kitchen and bridal room are reserved for the couple and wedding party.

​

Can guests go in the barn?

Yes!  We will have the barn open and your guests are welcome to walk around the grounds.

What is your pet policy?

Unfortunately pets are not permitted.
